We strive to fulfill every order in a timely manner and will work with you to replace or substitute items in instances where your preferred item(s) is not available.
All Internet sales are processed by credit card only. To prevent fraud, we may require documentation to verify the card. All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars.

RestaurantEquipment.com is registered and conducts business within the states of California, Colorado and Nevada, and collects sales tax for orders billed or shipped to these states.
Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer to the customer. Some manufacturer’s sales agreements require sales tax be collected on any items they ship direct to the customer in the states they conduct business. RestaurantEquipment.com is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes in such cases.
All sales taxes applied to purchases where applicable by law will be present on your sales invoice.

RestaurantEquipment.com values its relationship with its customers and has adopted the following procedures for dispute resolution, which the Company believes is more conducive to prompt, fair and cost-effective resolution in the event a dispute arises.
If a dispute arises between you and RestaurantEquipment.com, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, you and RestaurantEquipment.com agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to some other dispute resolution procedure.
Any controversy or claim which is not resolved in mediation, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial [or other] Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
All parties consent to venue for both mediation and arbitration in Fresno, California and waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction. The only exception to the mediation and arbitration provisions above are: any violation of Restaurant Equipment intellectual property rights, for which RestaurantEquipment.com may seek injunction and/or other appropriate relief in any manner chosen by RestaurantEquipment.com.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to or connected with the use of the RestaurantEquipment.com site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
