Its built-in 9-1/2" deep and 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides you with a generous work space to prepare your salads or sandwiches while its included (12) standard 4" deep (1/6 size) condiment food pans help keep your ingredients organized. This prep table is also equipped with an easy slide-back, removable lid for added convenience. Its self-cleaning condensor reduces the need for manual cleaning every few weeks and also helps prevent dust accumulation that can cause failure or breakdown of the unit while its forced air system ensures uniform tempratures in and around the pan area even with the lid open so you know your ingredients always remain chilled and fresh!
