This radiance 1 tier electric convection oven from Turbo Air is for 5 European pan size (16" x 24") trays with a thermal heat reflecting glass door. There are precise temperature controls on this electric convection oven that are sensitive to the room temperature and the actual temperature of the oven. The oven features a 60 minute timer, 5 menu saving functions, and there is hot air and steam functions available.
