FEATURES
This patented method and hardware provides a simple, fast
and effective way to smoke and/or blacken meats, seafood and
poultry safely on your commercial star top cooking surface,
gas grill or open flame campsite propane unit.
• Each unit consists of a
3- piece cast iron construction: Base Pan, Smoke Hole Pan
and Vented Lid Pan.
• Specially cut woods pellets of endless varieties placed in
the Base Pan serve as the smoke source.
• The Smoke Hole Pan doubles as the cooking surface and
smoke chamber that delicately flavors your food with the
aromatic wood essence.
• The Pan Lid seals the chamber and creates a cooking
temperature consistency that enables your product to fully
cook and smoke without turning.
• You will create a signature, seasoned, non-stick cooking
surface with proper use and care. |
